AT&T U-VERSE® TV AND AT&T PHONE Fee Schedule (Consumer)

This AT&T U-Verse® TV and AT&T Phone Fee Schedule (Consumer) (the "Fee Schedule") sets out certain additional AT&T fees (either monthly recurring fees or transactional fees charged based on a request or transaction) applicable to AT&T U-Verse® TV and AT&T Phone services (each, generically, a "Service"), as identified in the table below, which Services are subject to the AT&T U-Verse® TV and AT&T Phone General Terms of Service available at https://www.att.com/legal/terms.uverseandphoneAttTermsOfService.html. Unless otherwise specified, these Fees are in addition to any monthly recurring charge due for your Service plan.

The AT&T fees are listed below in Sections I (AT&T Monthly Recurring Service Fees) and Section II. (AT&T Transactional Fees). This is not an exhaustive list; there may be additional Fees that potentially apply to your Service. AT&T reserves the right to increase its Fees or impose additional fees as permitted by your Terms of Service by publishing an update to this Fee Schedule to https://www.att.com/legal/terms.voiceandUverseTVFeeSchedule.html

NOTE: This Fee Schedule does not apply to traditional residential telephone services provided under a Residential Service Agreement. Information concerning those traditional telephone services, including applicable rates and fees, is available at https://about.att.com/pages/service_publications.

This Fee Schedule is part of the AT&T U-Verse® TV and AT&T Phone General Terms of Service. Terms not otherwise defined herein are defined in the AT&T U-Verse® TV and AT&T Phone General Terms of Service.

The Fees listed below do not include applicable taxes which may vary by location. If you have any questions, please call 800.288.2020.

The following fees are effective as of July 1, 2021

I. AT&T Monthly Recurring Service Fees
Fee U-verse TV AT&T Phone General Description
Broadcast TV Fee $8.99 - $9.99   A monthly fee to provide access to local channel programming. This fee is not a tax or surcharge of any kind which the government requires AT&T to collect from its customers.
HD Access Fee $10 N/A A monthly fee for access to HD programming when not already included in monthly service plan price. Current plans do not include a separate monthly HD Access Fee. Certain older plans may include a monthly HD Access Fee of $10 as an additional monthly fee. This fee is not a tax or surcharge of any kind which the government requires AT&T to collect from its customers.
Equipment fee: DVR Receiver $15 N/A A monthly fee for each Digital Video Recorder (DVR) enabled set-top box / receiver you ordered which was not included in your Service plan. This fee is not a tax or surcharge of any kind which the government requires AT&T to collect from its customers.
Equipment Fee: Additional Receiver $10 N/A A monthly fee for each additional non-DVR enabled set-top box / receiver you ordered that was not included with your Service plan. This fee is not a tax or surcharge of any kind which the government requires AT&T to collect from its customers.
Administrative Fee N/A $0.99 A monthly fee to help AT&T recover customer service costs associated with providing AT&T Phone services. This fee is not a tax or surcharge of any kind which the government requires AT&T to collect from its customers.
Regulatory Cost Recovery Fee $.08 $1.18 A monthly fee to help AT&T recover the costs of compliance with government-imposed regulatory requirements. The fee may include costs incurred in prior years that are not yet fully recovered.
U-verse TV: Recovers regulatory assessment on video subscribers
AT&T Phone: these costs include: Federal Regulatory Fee, Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) Fee, North American Numbering Plan Fee, and support for Local Number Portability administration.

These fees are not a tax or surcharge of which that the government requires AT&T to collect from its customers.

Federal Universal Service Fee N/A Varies, see your monthly bill for information Monthly fees to help AT&T recover its required contribution to government programs designed to help ensure first-class, affordable telecommunications service for all consumers across the country, especially residents in high cost rural communities and low-income customers. II. AT&T Transactional Fees

The AT&T Fees listed in this section include Fees that will appear for specific requests, and/or transactions related to your Service or account.

Early Termination Fee Up to $180 Up to $180 If you terminate your service prior to completing your agreed upon Service Term. Unless otherwise specified, ETFs are pro-rated by the number of months completed.
Non-Return Equipment Fee $150 $150 If you fail to return your equipment after canceling service.
Activation Fee $35 $35 One-time fee that covers the work to set up your account and activate the service.
Installation Fee Up to $199 Up to $99 A one-time fee if you have new service installed. Additional fees or costs may apply if you request additional services during installation. ($55 per outlet + $20 if a wall drop is required).
Service Repair Dispatch Fee $99 $99 This fee applies whenever we have to dispatch a truck to repair your service. Additional fees or costs may apply if you request additional services during installation. ($55 per outlet + $20 if a wall drop is required).
Dispatch on Demand Fee $99 $99 The Dispatch on Demand fee applies whenever you refuse to assist in troubleshooting a service issue. Additional fees or costs may apply if you request additional services during installation. ($55 per outlet + $20 if a wall drop is required).
DVR Upgrade Fee $105 N/A A DVR is included for all customers ordering U-verse TV with UFAM or a U-200 package and above. Customers may request a higher-capacity DVR at a one-time $105 fee.
Premium Package Downgrade Fee $5 N/A If you change your programming package to a lower priced package within the first 30 days of ordering.
Bill Reprint Fee Up to $5 per bill Up to $5 per bill Per transaction fee if you request a paper bill reprint.
Late Payment Fee Up to $9.99 Up to $9.99 Per transaction fee if you don’t pay your bill by the due date. Applied on a per payment basis.
NSF/Returned Check Fee Up to $30 Up to $30 Also called Nonsufficient Funds Fee. Per transaction fee if you make a payment by check or other method that is declined.
