Get your upgrade

That new phone or tablet can be yours in minutes.
  1. Go to Upgrade your device
  2. Select the device you want to upgrade.
  3. Choose your new phone.
  4. Follow the prompts to check out. Your total due will include any remaining balance on your old phone, if applicable.

  • Paid off or own your device and want to trade it in? Explore our Trade-in program to see if you're eligible for an AT&T Promotion Card to use toward your next device.
  • If you choose a 5G phone but don’t already have an AT&T Unlimited EliteSM, ExtraSM, or StarterSM plan, switch to an unlimited plan where all plans have 5G access1. View unlimited plans

Transfer upgrade eligibility to another line on your account
You may be able to share upgrade eligibility with another device on your account. Learn how to transfer upgrade eligibility.

Upgrade fee
We may add a new device to your wireless service, we add a one-time upgrade fee of up to $45 per device to your next bill.
