AT&T Wireless
- Make a payment1. Select your bill under MY WIRELESS PAYMENTS.
2. Enter the amount, date, and payment method.
3. Follow the steps for your payment method.
Tip: Save time with hassle-free AutoPay - View your bill1. Under MY WIRELESS BILLS select See current and past bills.
2. Choose the bill you want to view. - Upgrade your device1. Go to UPGRADE-READY DEVICES.
2. Select the device you want to upgrade.
3. Select your new device and review your options. - Change your plan1. Under MY WIRELESS PLAN choose Manage (your plan name).
2. Select Change (your plan name).
3. Review the details and select Change plan. - Track your usage1. Under MY WIRELESS USAGE your current usage is shown.
2. Select to view a usage summary, by device, or other useful options. - Manage add-ons1. Under MY WIRELESS PLAN select your plan.
2. Under MY DEVICES & ADD-ONS select Get or manage add-ons.
3. Choose your preferred device (if you have more than one).
4. Select Get features for your device. - Troubleshoot your device1. Select Support from the bottom menu.
2. Select Wireless from the top menu options.
3. Choose your area of interest and follow the steps.
U-verse® TV
- Make a payment1. Select your bill under MY TV PAYMENTS.
2. Enter the amount, date, and payment method.
3. Follow the steps for your payment method. Tip: Save time with hassle-free AutoPay. - View your bill1. Under MY TV BILL select See current and past bills. 2. Choose the bill you want to view.
- Upgrade or change your plan1. Under MY TV PACKAGE select your plan.
2. Select View or Change your U-verse Package.
3. Select Digital TV and modify your plan. - Manage your receivers, DVR, and remotes1. Under MY TV PACKAGE select your plan.
2. Select View or change your U-verse package.
3. Select Digital TV.
4. Choose My TV equipment.
5. Choose your preferred equipment options and follow the instructions. - Troubleshoot your service1. Select Support from the bottom menu.
2. Select TV from the top menu options.
3. Use our Fix it now diagnostic tool or choose from several other support options.
AT&T Internet
